All fund data, investor information, financial performance metrics, and portfolio details accessible on this platform are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose any such information to third parties without prior written consent from Seedra Ventures.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedra Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.

7. Modifications

Seedra Ventures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
